Returns Policy
We take great care in helping our customers at The Kitchen Shelf make the right purchase. In case you feel that your purchase isn't quite right we are more than happy to exchange your items in line with the conditions below. These conditions apply to all purchases online and in store at The Kitchen Shelf.
The easiest way to return something that you have bought online is to email us at sales@thekitchenshelf.com.au or call us at our store on:
02 6622 8008.
You can also come and visit us in store at 74 Keen St, Lismore.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns or exchanges must be accompanied by one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases)

Original return/exchange receipt
If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, The Kitchen Shelf may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item provided that:

The item is in re-saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unused and as sold); and

We can verify that the item was originally purchased from The Kitchen Shelf within 7 days
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase within 14 days, The Kitchen Shelf will be pleased to offer you an exchange or credit provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
- You provide Proof of Purchase
- The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unused and in its original condition
- You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs of change of mind returns. Please note that the return costs of damaged goods will be covered by us.
Goods Arrived Damaged?
If, for some reason, your goods arrive damaged we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Obviously, this is our responsibility and we will correct things as quickly as possible. Just call us on (02) 6622 8008 or email us at info@thekitchenshelf.com.au
Have a Warranty Claim?
As far as warranty claims go, many of our products require you to contact the manufacturer directly. In some cases we are able to act as a mediator and we will do everything we can to ensure your warranty is processed smoothly. We highly recommend, where possible, to register your products with the manufacturer on the day of purchase. This will make any future warranty claims much easier for you.
Gift Cards
Please note that our gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any purchases made with a partial amount of the gift card are not entitled to cash for the remaining value.
