Noni Ferritic S/S 2Pce 3L Rondeau W/Skillet lid 24cm

nöni™ 3L Rondeau (or Fait Tout, or multi-purpose Dutch oven) can be used alone as a frying pan, pot or add the Skillet-lid (either way up) to make a Dutch oven/casserole. Ideal for browning meats in the relatively shallow Rondeau, then braising or stewing with the lid on. Don't be afraid to take it outdoors: this oven is also indestructible on open flame, with the easy low-maintenance of stainless steel.

SOLIDTEKNICS nöni™ is a ferritic, non-nickel stainless steel range.  nöni™ pans are formed into shape from one solid sheet of 3mm ferritic (nickel-free) stainless steel. Ferritic stainless steel is used because it is free of the heavy metal nickel and nearly twice as conductive as commonly used 18-10 Austenitic stainless steels (18-10 stainless steel means 18% Chromium and 10% Nickel).

It is magnetic and therefore compatible with induction cooktops, without any need for clad/ply layers. nöni™ cookware is low maintenance and perfect for all boiling, slow cooking, acidic cooking, while still being conductive enough to sear a steak. Cooks like iron, cleans like stainless!
